Overview

E-commerce is no longer a side note, it’s the engine of retail and media.Brands are investing heavily across platforms such as Bol, Amazon, Jumbo and Albert Heijn, and retail media has become a core part of the total media mix. At Publicis Groupe, we work for some of the biggest and most exciting brands across FMCG, luxury, electronics and automotive, and we do this as part of the full media ecosystem, from strategy and data to media, commerce and creativity.

Retail media is one of the fastest-growing capabilities within Publicis Groupe NL. Our retail media team is expanding rapidly, working closely with specialists across the entire media scope to help brands turn media investments into real commercial growth. To support this momentum, we’re looking for a Retail Media Consultant to help shape the future of retail media for our clients.

In this role, you advise leading brands on their retail media strategy, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. You are a trusted sparring partner for clients, a key connector within multidisciplinary teams, and a coach for junior consultants. With your expertise, you help elevate retail media to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and planning for retail media
  • Help clients accelerate growth through smart commerce and media decisions
  • Collaborate closely with client leads and retailers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, media and tech partners
  • Share knowledge, spot trends and coach junior colleagues

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail media and/or digital commerce
  • Strong in strategy, consulting and stakeholder management
  • Experience with marketplaces and tools such as Amazon, Criteo, Pacvue or Skai
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and content-driven
  • A coaching mindset with natural leadership skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
