Becky Lowe: ''We need more women in the music industry absolutely, we have a lot of our team going out along with younger women to talk in the universities to spread the message , I think its really important to encourage people to get involved. We've been speaking to a lot of other people about different projects. Its a male dominated world but I think a happy balance would be great and we can probably see that coming together in the next five years for sure.''
