This time we speak with HR Manager Caroline Amlacher and COO Nancy Delhalle, both working at Serviceplan Group.
Can you introduce Serviceplan Group?
The Serviceplan Group is a market leader in the development and realization of integrated communication concepts. Why are you participating in ADNIGHT?
It’s an open night for creative agencies in Belgium – how could we not? It’s a great opportunity to showcase our House of Communication to talents, advertisers, and more, and we wouldn’t want to miss its kick-off in the (EU-)Belgian capital!
What does your ADNIGHT program look like?
CTRL. ALT. DELETE. Our program is all about Why Creatives Fail Until They Don’t – the trial & error process of creation. Because we believe in this process that we call ÜberCreativity. If you’d like to know more about the recipe of ÜberCreativity, you can come listen to the talk of our Executive Creative Director Philippe Fass at 6:30PM. At 7:30 Andy Wyeth will present one of our ÜberCreative cases: Rainbow Wool, the first fashion made from the wool of gay sheep to support LGBTQIA+ projects across the globe.
Visitors can also check out our ÜberCreativity Wall of ideas that never happened, participate in a CTRL Contest based on 3 briefings, or get their ideas that never saw the light of day reviewed by our creative team. But most importantly, visitors get the chance to win a Cannes Lion – all they need to do is to show up, and they’ll be on the credit list!
What kind of young talent are you looking for?
We’re an integrated communication agency, meaning that we have the pleasure of welcoming talents of all sorts for internships or junior positions – generalist communication students, media students, creatives, designers, data specialists, business students, digital marketing profiles, and much more.
What's the latest news?
We won Gold in the Best Innovator Agency category of the Agency of the Year awards, and Silver for the Best Place to Work category, and we couldn’t be prouder !!
