The job:

As a Strategy Director you are passionate about advertising & marketing. You are social at heart but have a good understanding of other channels and media as well. You are relentlessly curious, as we are convinced that curiosity is the basis under any well thought through strategy.

You will develop digital and/or brand strategies but will also be the right-hand support of the Head of Strategy and are able to operate as his Stand in! Research is an important part of this support.

You understand the client’s business and are able to connect business challenges and strategy/tactics. You bring a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

Qualifications

Agency experienced > at least 8-10 years in strategy development in a national or international agency environment
Recent and relevant experience developing brand strategies for multi-national
Organisations across a range of sector
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and
Deadline driven environment
Proven experience in driving big ideas through to tactical executions
Able to work with team members at all levels and provide guidance to junior staff
Able to have an input into wider business strategy
Advanced communication skills in both spoken and written Dutch and English
