Customer Journey Specialist
At our core, we're all about creating an online shopping experience that doesn't just convert-it delights. As our Customer Journey Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in making that magic happen. Think of yourself as the architect behind the scenes, crafting smooth user journeys, impactful campaigns, and high-performing product pages.
Your mission? Boost conversion rates, drive average order value, and keep our online channels looking sharp, all while ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day could look like:
You're the go-to expert for all things product setup. From pricing to categorization and upselling strategies, you'll have it covered. Collaboration with the commercial team? That's where you shine. Together, you'll ensure app performance is solid with well-placed promos and reliable availability. Campaigns? Always on point, across every channel.
But that's not all-you'll also be the data mastermind. With insights in one hand and action plans in the other, you'll constantly analyze, tweak, and improve. You'll keep a close eye on KPIs, competitor strategies, and online vs. in-store performance, driving improvements like A/B tests and funnel optimizations.
When it comes to product sorting and search, you'll bring order to the chaos, ensuring customers find exactly what they need. And of course, you'll make sure every department delivers on time for campaigns, all while being the trusted voice presenting key findings to stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
- A master's degree in marketing or business sets.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with commerce platforms like SAP Hybris and CMS systems is a big win.
- Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
We're not just looking for a merchandiser or content manager-we're searching for someone who's ready to take the customer journey to the next level. If that's you, let's talk!
At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward. Our Inclusion, Equity & Belonging initiatives, alongside the VML Foundation, reflect our dedication to giving back and making a positive impact in our communities and beyond. Our people are the heartbeat of our organization-creators, doers, innovators, makers, and thinkers-who drive not just marketing, but meaningful experiences that resonate in every action and interaction. VML is a WPP Agency.
