Cheil Benelux is currently looking for a:

(Jr.) Project Manager (Full time - Amsterdam)

The job

This position acts as the first point of contact for the client on an operational level (together with the Account Manager). This position will experience daily interactions with client, graphic studio and suppliers alike to execute the A to Z of projects.

The perfect candidate will have speed in thinking and always keep a cool head. You will be a talented organizer, provide structure and be secure in your approach (check, check and check again) – always keeping a close eye on projects.

We are looking for someone who is collegial and communicative to help us get things done right. Of course, there will always be a fantastic team ready and willing to help, should you need it

Key responsibilities:

Translate briefings from the client into a briefing for the agency and its suppliers Manage communication materials and progress updates with relevant stakeholders
Project budgetary and administration management (with support from the Account Manager)
Interpret and relay technical sheets and technical requirements for marketing materials to subcontractors and the internal studio.
Manage the project from A to Z within planning and budget.

Requirements:

You have an education background in communication/media and/or up to 3 years’ experience as a project manager in an advertising or relevant marketing agency (or applicable/equivalent experience).
You are a self-starter and eager to learn.
You are hands on, to-the-point, meticulous, efficient and goal-oriented. You are service oriented, but dare to ask questions.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
