Azerion is directly looking for a:

Content Manager - Schiphol-Rijk, Noord-Holland

Do you love playing games? Do you want to make it your job? Can you tell what is or isn’t a good UX? For the GameDistribution team at Azerion headquarters in Schiphol-rijk we are looking for a highly motivated Junior or Medior Content Manager.

About the role

GameDistribution is the team that handles multiple game distribution platforms, making it a one-stop-shop for game developers and publishers to engage their audiences. The extensive catalog of casual HTML5 games is the content with which you will be working. You will get to know the catalog by playing, selecting the best and promising games, analyzing performances and scheduling the games for release.

In this role, you will support developers with valuable feedback to get the best results out of their games, and will be an ambassador of our quality guidelines to ensure that all published games check the boxes and are offering the best playing experience to the end-users.

About the team

The GameDistribution Content Team makes sure the quality standards are met, creates curated collections and handles the release of brand new games every day. We collaborate with the other GameDistribution teams, such as Publishing, Business Development and our very own Game Studio, to ensure the best casual content is delivered to our partners across the world. The team is growing to meet demand and we are a young, international, fast paced and fun unit eager to grow along with the company.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Playing the games, testing and reviewing
Analyzing game performance
Ensuring quality of the games which are about to be published
Logging and reporting internal KPIs
Scheduling game releases
Proactively communicating and providing feedback to stakeholders
Maintain relationships and supporting game developers
Supporting in improving our processes, service and product
Making lists recommendations of games to stakeholders

What you are able to bring to the table:

Proficient in G Suite
CMS management experience
Good understanding of web/Mobile games mechanics and monetization
Knowledge of game UI/UX
Ability to analyze data and make clear and understandable reports
Tech-savvy
Customer focused
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Focus on finding and driving solutions
Experience in the gaming industry is a big plus
Understanding of HTML5 is a big plus
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
