At Scooperz, a leading social media & influencer marketing agency, we build the communities of the future for brands like Miele, De’Longhi and Tango. We are experts in digital customer service and community management. From clever TikTok replies that engage Gen Z, to building diehard Facebook communities for fans aged 40+, or solving urgent customer inquiries across social channels – we dive deep into each client’s tone of voice and speak the language of their audience.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll actively engage in conversations and help build vibrant communities across social media platforms. You'll respond to customer questions and resolve complaints with speed and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every user.

Creativity is key, as you'll be crafting the most engaging and on-brand replies for our clients. All of this takes place within a dynamic team environment where no two days are ever the same.
