Account Director EMEA - Breda

Are you ready to take the next step in your digital marketing career? At Scooperz, we're looking for a strategic and client-focused Social Media & Influencer Account Director who takes full ownership of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving account growth for exciting global and regional brands.

You'll work in a fast-paced, international agency environment where creativity meets execution—and where your ideas and initiative can make a real impact.

What you'll do

As part of our growing EMEA team, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing campaigns that engage audiences across social platforms. This role offers the opportunity to grow your strategic skills while owning relationships with clients and collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, and influencer specialists.

In this role you will:

  • Take full ownership of client relationships, overseeing the teams responsible for day-to-day campaign execution and ensuring overall client satisfaction across social and influencer projects.
  • Work with leading global and regional brands like Notino, Miele, Zeekr and Pukka within the EMEA market, adapting to local content and strategy.
  • Help build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a proactive point of contact for campaign updates and strategic input.
  • Partner with internal experts and creators while leading project management to bring ideas to life and ensure performance is optimized through data-driven insights.
  • Lead team members and contribute to a positive, results-oriented team culture.

What we're looking for

We value hands-on experience, adaptability, and a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing in the EMEA region. You need a strong foundation and a hunger to grow.

What you will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a digital, social, or influencer marketing agency.
  • Solid account management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and how content resonates differently across the EMEA market.
  • Experience in leading a team that works with influencers and creators, including briefing, negotiation, and activation.
  • A collaborative mindset combined with the experience and confidence to grow accounts and build strong relationships across teams and time zones.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages (e.g. Dutch, French, German, Arabic) are a plus.
