Accounts Payable Specialist - Fulltime

For our office in Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for the Benelux market. You will optimize the accounts payable process. You have strong communication skills and can easily switch between different departments.

Job description

• Daily processing of all vendor invoices and expense reports within the month-end deadline.
• Reconciling vendor invoices to internal purchase orders.
• Processing of all bank payments, including payroll, vendor and client invoices, credit card statements, etc.
• Bank reconciliations, verifying bookkeeping entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Verify, maintain and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Maintaining historical records.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 – 3 year experience in bookkeeping;
• Accounts Payable experience;
• MBO/HBO education in Business Administration or Business Economics;
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot tables & V Lookups);
• Knowledge of SAP preferred;
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail;
• English required; Dutch and/or Korean a pré;
• Experience in Dutch companies.
