Who are we? At The Invaders, we help brands unlock the value of gaming. Using knowledge, creativity, and a ‘player first’ approach, we bring brands like McDonald’s, Samsung, Knorr, and Kia to life locally and internationally in the world of video games and the culture surrounding them.
You’ll be joining a young and driven team, backed by experienced management that knows the industry inside and out. What are we looking for? As a Project Manager/Campaign Lead, you are the driving force behind every step, from briefing to production. You translate strategic objectives and creative ideas into a concrete, feasible plan with the right priorities. Together with the Account Lead, you form the central point of contact for the client. In doing so, you ensure clear communication and maintain a personal relationship, so that expectations are always aligned. At the same time, you monitor progress on planning, budget, and quality, and you adjust where necessary. Thanks to your hands-on mentality and attention to detail, both internal collaboration with colleagues and coordination with external partners run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities
- Project planning: drawing up schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Communication: serving as the communication link between clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Stakeholder management: ensuring alignment and satisfaction among all parties involved.
- Budget management: monitoring costs and budgets.
- Risk management: identifying and addressing risks.
- Quality assurance: ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Team management: directing project teams and briefing external parties.
- Market and competitive analysis: keeping track of developments around accounts and the market.
Ideal candidate profile
- 2–4 years of experience at an agency or in a (multi-client) project management role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a background in marketing or communications.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle stress, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and proactive, with a feeling for brands and social involvement.
- Affinity with gaming and entertainment is a strong plus.
- Good command of English is a must.
