At VML, we help companies grow by accelerating their digital performance. As a Data Scientist, you'll turn data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You'll work with large datasets, support decision-making, and help optimize digital marketing performance. With data at the core of our business, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects across industries.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover insights that improve digital performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that make performance data accessible and actionable.
  • Support the development of predictive models and data-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with digital strategists, performance marketers, and developers to embed data into business strategies.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in data science, analytics, and digital marketing.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data science, preferably in a commercial or consulting environment.
  • Strong SQL skills for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Python skills are a plus, but not required-we can teach you on the job.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or A/B testing is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset-you don't just analyze data, you spot opportunities and drive impact.
  • A strong communicator who can translate data into clear business insights.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar.
