As a Customer Onboarding Manager for Teamleader Orbit, you:
- Own the onboarding experience: Guide new customers through a smooth, structured setup within the agreed timeframe: from implementation plan to go-live.
- Train and activate: Run tailored training sessions across multiple channels (live sessions, videos, boards) so customers hit their first value milestone fast.
- Build real relationships: Work closely with agency clients to make sure they love the product and hit their business goals.
- Keep things sharp: Maintain accurate records and actively flag ways to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate across teams: Stay closely aligned with Onboarding, Sales, and Support colleagues.

Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
- You know your way around agencies and entrepreneurship. Talking to business owners, understanding their workflows, and spotting their needs comes naturally.
- You have a commercial mindset. You're familiar with B2B sales and consultative selling, can advise business owners at a strategic level, and know how to translate complex challenges into tangible solutions, bringing first value online is second nature to you.
- You embrace digital tools. You have a strong affinity with cloud-based and SaaS applications; bonus points for basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- You're open to integrating AI tools into your workflow and see them as a way to work smarter.
- You speak fluent Dutch and professional English: essential for serving our Belgian and Dutch clients.
