About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with a profound understanding of business and IT domains. We strongly encourage applications from Dutch (speaking) individuals who possess the necessary qualifications and skills for this role.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of digital products and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Your expertise in digital production, project coordination, and technical expertise will drive successful outcomes and enhance our client's digital presence.

To excel in this role, it is crucial to possess a strong sense of confidence in creating a diverse range of digital projects. This includes handling digital campaigns, platforms, websites, rich media, mobile apps, games, installations, display advertising, and other forms of experiential work.

Key Responsibilities

Project management and execution:

  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, including planning, finance, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and risk management throughout the project.
  • Present product updates, project status, and performance metrics to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Technical understanding and collaboration:

  • Work closely with development teams, architects, and engineers to ensure technical feasibility of product features and user requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions between clients and the development teams to bridge the gap and align on expectations and technical constraints.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and Postman for testing and integration purposes is required.
  • Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket

Product quality and user experience:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with Strategists to define and measure key product metrics, conduct user testing, and gather customer feedback to drive improvement.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, digital production, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and other technical team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch + English), with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
