Senior Art Director -Full-time \ Amsterdam

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the creative lead in shoot pre- and post-production; varying from image selects, retouching guidance and grading oversight.
- Occasionally, joining the creative lead on shoot (abroad) to art direct the photographer on set.
- Leading a campaign by defining a visual style for channel specific campaign tools and providing a guideline to jr. designers for execution. This could include designing a modular system for handover. Being end responsible requires oversight, regular reviews and guidance.
- Concepting activations across channels.
- Collaborating with the account & production team on a daily basis through daily standups and weekly meetings.
Requirements
- Around 4-5 years of experience in an equivalent job within an advertising agency.
- Global Experience.
- Expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with animation & video editing is a plus.
- Strong art directing & concept skills, eye for detail and commercial sensibility.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal). Native is a plus.
- The ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions whilst handling changing priorities.
- Strong ability to work self-directed.
- Social with a good sense of humour.
