Motion Designer

Job summary:

As a Motion Designer at TBWA\NEBOKO, you’ll have the thrilling opportunity to gracefully move pixels across the screen, transforming static designs into dynamic animations and captivating motion graphics. Partnering closely with our imaginative creative team, you’ll craft visually stunning and engaging content that dazzles across various platforms, from corporate identities and websites to social media and digital advertising. Your robust graphic design background and academic training will be the backbone of our high-quality standards and innovative designs, ensuring every project is a visual masterpiece. Additionally, your skill in presenting to clients will be invaluable, as you’ll articulate design concepts and ideas with confidence and clarity, securing their buy-in and enthusiasm for each project.”

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various media.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive visual content.
• Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize motion design concepts.
• Edit and enhance video footage, incorporating graphics, special effects, and sound.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion design software.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, visually compelling content.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D animation and software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Knowledge of coding and interactive media (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a creative\Design agency or similar environment.
