The role

We’re looking for a Social & Influencer Campaign Manager who knows how to run social and influencer campaigns independently, and wants to make a real impact within a fast-growing, international creator-first agency. This role is for someone who understands both creators and brands, takes ownership and wants to lead impactful campaigns for brands like Zeekr, Maxi-Cosi, Air-Up and Pukka tea.

What are you going to do

As a Social & Influencer Campaign Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of various creative campaigns simultaneously. You manage campaigns from briefing to reporting, coordinate creators and internal teams, and ensure everything is delivered on time, on brief and at the right quality level. You keep control when timelines shift, spot issues before they escalate, and have a good eye for qualitative creative content across platforms. You work closely with the account teams, creators, brands and other specialists, and play a key role in delivering campaigns that stand out.

Who are you

  • +3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and social media, including its role in modern advertising. You understand the platforms, the trends, and the top creators.
  • A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, who challenges conventional ways of working.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, forward-thinking environment, with the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
  • Creative and analytical thinking, you understand what makes content perform while keeping a sharp eye on budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills,you know how to secure the best deals while building great influencer relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deal with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, pre if you speak French.
