Based in the Netherlands and rapidly expanding across the EMEA region—with an eye on the US market—we’re on the hunt for a strategic and results-driven New Business Support to accelerate our international growth.

What you'll do

As a New Business Support team member at Scooperz, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a crucial role in shaping how we identify and convert opportunities into lasting client partnerships. This role offers hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and strategy—an ideal launchpad for a career in commercial development.

Develop strategic sales acumen by analyzing leads, tracking market trends, and identifying growth opportunities across diverse EMEA markets.
Build cross-functional collaboration skills by working closely with account, strategy, and marketing teams to forecast and plan new business initiatives.
Gain visibility into commercial leadership by supporting reporting processes and providing insights directly to senior leadership, including the CEO.
Strengthen client engagement and networking experience through coordination of events, meetings, and lead funnel management.

What you'll bring

1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in an agency or social media environment.
Strong knowledge of the social media and influencer marketing landscape
Proven track record of generating and converting leads into long-term partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or other EMEA languages are a plus
A self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with international markets (esp. EMEA or US) is a strong advantage
