What you'll do

At Scooperz, you'll step into a high-impact role within a Finance team of five, where your contributions will be visible, valued, and directly linked to the company's strategic success. You’ll work side-by-side with the CFO, gaining unique exposure to leadership-level decision-making and the opportunity to grow into a trusted business partner across the organization. By building and executing reports that drive data-informed strategies for the Management Team and other departments, you'll sharpen your analytical and advisory skills in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Your work will go beyond traditional finance. You'll be instrumental in modernizing our Finance function through the integration of Business Intelligence tools and AI, giving you hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies that are reshaping the industry. As you optimize financial processes and tools, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how to drive value through operational excellence and innovation.

You’ll also get the chance to shape the future of the business by contributing to investment proposals, business cases, and commercial analyses. These experiences won’t just strengthen your strategic finance capabilities, they’ll prepare you for a future leadership role, whether that’s within Scooperz or beyond.

What you'll bring

You are a Financial who is eager to learn and develop both hard and soft skills on your way to become a financial expert. You are motivated by focusing on results and efficiency, and enjoy putting your analytical skills to the test in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to challenge colleagues but have plenty of social skills to also make them even more successful.

1-3 years of experience in a similar financial role;
Accurate, assertive and ambitious;
Knowledge of the Dutch GAAP;
Able to translate financial figures into simple and meaningful insights for your colleagues;
Accounting ledgers and Excel pose no threat for you;
Motivated to continuously raise the bar for yourself and others, and not afraid to learn from mistakes along the way.
