Description

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to Integrate the AdIntel Operational QC Team in Full time. The job requires a minimum knowledge of the Media world. Above all, a great deal of autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility. The pleasure of being in front of a computer for long time, knowing how to retain many rules and how to apply them where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently check all data that has been coded 
  • Providing feedback to the Team
  • Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with defined specifications
  • Audit your work checking for errors or duplication
  • Organize tasks in a logical and manageable manner
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
  • Open tickets when needed
  • Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
  • Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, etc.)
     

Qualifications/Background

  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Suite and other data entry programs (Excel, Access)
  • Very good Dutch language skills (Business English written and spoken). Any other language are an important added value.
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Team player 
  • Proficient and dexterous typist
  • Can encode data with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly process and organize information
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible to work Monday to Friday 8h per day
