Fitzroy is a strategic creative agency specializing in campaigning & branding. We work with a range of clients—from established global brands to emerging startups—helping them create memorable brand experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Agency Producer who can bring creative ideas to life through effective project management and coordination.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Agency Producer with 2-4 years of experience to manage the production of creative projects and to support our Project Managers. The role involves ensuring projects run smoothly, staying on schedule, and meeting quality standards. You will work closely with our creative teams to translate concepts into reality while keeping clients’ goals at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop actionable project plans from initial concepts.
  • Time Management: Oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a calm and structured approach.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and quickly find solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and work with vendors to ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Client Relations: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently delivering on project expectations.

Who you are:

  • Experience: You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a creative or advertising agency.
  • Organized Multi-Tasker: Capable of managing multiple priorities while adapting to changing situations.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Able to work effectively with diverse teams and foster a productive working environment.
  • Client-Focused: Committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Jumbo stond in 2023 op nummer 7 met 80 miljoen aan bruto reclamebestedingen, Albert Heijn was met 140 miljoen euro de nummer 1 (cijfers Nielsen). Jumbo laat de afgelopen tijd in de televisiecommercials zien hoeveel een product kost bij Albert Heijn en hoeveel bij Jumbo (spoiler alert: bij Jumbo goedkoper).
