About the Job

We have space on our creative floor for a creative team. As creatives, you come up with ideas for our clients and know how to navigate your ideas through internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy presenting your own work and can oversee the top-notch execution of the idea. You can turn any briefing into magic, and use your magic to inspire your colleagues and clients alike.

As a creative team, your combined ideation power is most important, but we do consider it a pre if at least one of you loves writing and one knows how to make things look great.

About you (The candidate)

You are a creative duo with 3 -5 years of proven experience as conceptual creatives at an advertising agency. You have a track record of working well together and a portfolio with some jaw dropping cases to prove it. You are innately curious and creative. You are much a thinkers as a makers: ideas are nothing if they stay in your heads. You work well together with internal and external specialists and know how to get the best out of others, while protecting the magic of your idea.

During all this, you understand that you work to generate positive results for your client. Because at Cheil, we believe only creativity fuels sustainable growth. You love advertising in the broadest sense: from traditional print & film to crafting digital experiences to thinking about retail environments.

Key responsibilities:

Concepting advertising ideas that fit the need of our clients and the standards of our
Steering your ideas past internal and external stakeholders (aka reviewing and presenting). Being open to feedback but stubborn enough to believe in yourselves.
Guarding your idea and the client’s interest while overseeing execution by
Be pro-active: you’re as much a brief taker as a brief Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience at relevant advertising agencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and
Fluent in English & Dutch
