About the role:

Are you ready to kickstart your career in digital marketing? As a Junior Client Solutions Manager (Jr. CSM), you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients run killer video campaigns. You’ll work alongside industry pros, gain hands-on experience with YouTube and programmatic media, and develop skills that’ll set you apart in the industry.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role for someone who thrives on solving problems, loves working with data, and enjoys collaborating with a team that’s always one step ahead.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing video campaigns across YouTube & other platforms, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients see great results.
  • Building strategic proposals and targeting lists to maximize performance.
  • Analyzing data, tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns to hit goals.
  • Keeping clients happy by responding quickly to their needs and providing top-notch insights.
  • Generating reports that highlight campaign performance, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with your team to retain and grow client accounts.
  • Staying ahead of the game with the latest digital media trends & YouTube marketing strategies.
  • You’ll be reporting to a Senior Client Solutions Manager and working closely with a team that’s as driven as you are.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience at a digital media agency, tech publisher, or ad-tech company (bonus if you’ve worked with YouTube!).
  • Some experience in media buying (DBM, DSP, PMD, or programmatic platforms is a huge plus).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs, calculations—you get the idea).
  • Passion for video marketing and a drive to learn everything about digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re great with people and know how to explain things clearly.
  • A self-starter attitude—you love solving problems and finding smarter ways to do things.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Google Ads or YouTube certification? Even better!
