Overview

As a (Senior) Programmatic Consultant, you play a key role within our programmatic team. You are responsible for the implementation and optimization of campaigns and work closely with the Programmatic Lead and your colleagues. Together, you ensure strong campaigns that meet client objectives and contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

  • Smart media planning: Develop media plans that align seamlessly with client KPIs and contribute to optimal commercial results for Publicis Media. You will also develop innovative strategies that serve as the foundation for joint business cases with our clients.
  • Test & Learn: Set up test-and-learn roadmaps with clear hypotheses and measurement plans. You actively encourage a culture of experimentation with new solutions in the market.
  • Operational excellence: Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns while continuously looking for ways to work smarter and more efficiently, including through automation.
  • Analysis & reporting: Analyze campaign performance through DSPs such as Google Display & Video 360The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP, and translate results into insights and learnings for future campaigns.
  • Building relationships: Maintain close contact with internal teams and clients, and build strong and reliable relationships.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3 years of experience at a marketing agency or on the programmatic demand or supply side.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs) and the European media market.
  • You advise clients on programmatic campaigns and understand the value of cross-channel marketing.
  • You work accurately and have a strong eye for quality and detail.
  • You use technology to solve client challenges effectively and improve processes.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • You communicate and present confidently and are able to clearly articulate the benefits of solutions offered by Publicis Groupe.
