For the GameDistribution team at Azerion HeadQuarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Account Manager for Publishing team.
About the team
The GameDistribution team offers services for both developers and publishers whereby we help game developers monetize high-quality games by distributing them to our broad network of publishers. Our team is young, diligent, and very eager to contribute to the further growth of our company.
What you will be doing in this role
As an Account Manager at GameDistribution, you will be the primary point of contact for our games publishing partners, helping them turn their websites into premier gaming destinations. This position reports to the Head of Distribution, works closely with a team of Account Managers and daily liaison with internal stakeholders from the Content & Adtech divisions.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner Growth: Manage a portfolio of publishers, ensuring they are using our gaming solutions to drive maximum revenue opportunities and user engagement.
- Business Development: Proactively scout and sign new publishers, pitching GameDistribution as the ultimate solution for their gaming needs.
- Data and reporting: Play advisor role to publishers on catalog curation—choosing the right genres and titles to fit their specific audience. Monitor KPIs to provide partners with regular performance updates and actionable growth plans.
- Ownership: You are expected to be self-sufficient, managing your own pipeline and troubleshooting partner issues while staying aligned with the team.
Who you are:
- Roughly 3 years of experience in a partner-facing role within gaming, partnership, digital content, marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and account growth.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
- Passionate about gaming and keen to learn more about the industry. Familiarity with the HTML5 gaming landscape is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, a self-starter but values being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Great skills in organizing workflow, prioritization, and time management.
