Estee Lauder appoints Isabelle De Cock as General Manager Benelux

Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Isabelle De Cock as General Manager, Benelux, effective September 1st, 2018. She will succeed Franck Besnard and report to Antoine Gizardin, Vice-President Western Europe, EMEA. Isabelle will join the EMEA leadership team.

Isabelle started her career as Marketing Manager at Chanel Benelux and joined in 2008 the Estée Lauder Companies as Brand Manager for the La Mer/Bobbi Brown/Jo Malone London cluster in Benelux. In 2012, she became the Brand Manager for MAC Benelux, where she led MAC to become the leader in makeup in the market. After much success, Isabelle moved to the Middle East in 2015 as Brand Manager, MAC and Jo Malone London where she has been instrumental in driving the brands forward during a period of change, by developing locally relevant product and marketing programs, achieving leadership in the digital space, improving customer experience, and further extending the distribution network.

In her new role, Isabelle will oversee all brands and functions in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands. She will be responsible for the development and execution of the Benelux affiliate’s strategy, achieving corporate and brand sales goals, increasing share and profitability objectives as delivering on our key transformation initiatives.
